Virginia Lee brings over 20 years of leadership in nonprofit management, program design, and strategic consulting. As a first-generation college graduate and the daughter of Chinese immigrants, her commitment to resilience and social equity shapes her approach. Virginia partners with executives and change-makers to accelerate impact, leveraging proven coaching methodologies like Coaching for Transformation, Positive Intelligence (PQ), and Parts Work. Her practice empowers leaders to unlock potential, drive authentic engagement, and align actions with core values.

Virginia’s influence extends beyond individual coaching. She has led transformative initiatives in public health, education, and community development, fostering equity-driven cultures and high-performing teams. Her innovative facilitation, including liberatory design and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, enables breakthrough thinking and stronger collaboration across organizations.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF, Virginia holds advanced degrees from Yale, UCLA, and San Diego State. Her leadership and equity expertise are grounded in rigorous training and recognized programs, including CompassPoint and the National Equity Project.
